Welcome to Cub Scout
Pack 338

Join the adventure! Open to kids of all genders, grades K–5.

About Pack 338

Everyone is welcome

While we do meet at Our Lady of the Lake, Pack 338 is open to kids of all genders, from any school, and from any faith background or none at all. Our Cubs come from schools all over Northeast Seattle.

Den Structure

Each grade is its own "den" — Lions in kindergarten through Arrow of Light in 5th grade. Dens meet in two groups: K–2 one week, 3rd–5th the next.

Meeting Schedule

Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM, twice a month. One all-pack meeting and one meeting for your scout's den each month, plus one or two weekend adventures.

Location

Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School
3520 NE 89th St
Wedgwood, Seattle, WA 98115

What We Do

Alongside the camping and outdoor skills people expect from Scouting, our Cubs do a lot of hands-on engineering, learn about nature and conservation, and take on citizenship and service projects in our community.

Get outside

Hikes, camping trips, and other outdoor adventures — plus the skills that make them work, from knots to staying warm and dry.

Build & launch

Hands-on building: model rockets, Pinewood Derby cars, carved pumpkins, and holiday ornaments — plus the launch day, race day, and contest that follow.

Care & give back

Citizenship, service projects in our community, and learning about nature and conservation — caring for the places we use.

Three ways in, ordered by how much each one asks of you. Start wherever you like — most families come to a meeting first.

You don't need to sign up first, and no uniform is necessary — come as you are. Visitors are genuinely welcome, no commitment needed.

What it costs: there are two costs — annual dues to the pack, and a registration fee to Scouting America. Cost shouldn't keep any kid out of Scouting — contact us if your family needs help.
